OpenRent finds the tenant. Gaffy runs the tenancy.
OpenRent is an online letting agent. Listing is free, portal advertising is £29, and Rent Now, which covers the tenancy agreement, deposit handling and the first month's rent, is £58 including VAT [1][2]. Its paid products focus on letting the property. Once your tenant has moved in, Gaffy gives them a repair link, gives you one inbox for every request, and reminds you before gas safety, EICR and EPC certificates expire. It costs £12 a month for up to 5 properties, and the first month is free. Gaffy is not VAT registered.
