Every request keeps its photos and its outcome. When the boiler plays up again, you'll see exactly what happened last time and who fixed it, without scrolling back through a chat.

Document vault with expiry reminders

Each property has its own vault. Tag a document as gas safety (CP12), EICR or EPC, add its expiry date, and Gaffy flags anything that's expired or expiring soon. Leases, insurance, invoices, receipts and inspection PDFs live there too, searchable and visible only to you. We remind you. We don't book the engineer.

Your own tradespeople

Keep your plumber, your electrician and everyone else you trust in your contacts, next to the properties they look after. We don't dispatch contractors and we never take a cut of a job.

Simple cost logging

Log what each repair cost, in pounds, against the property, so the totals are there when tax time comes round.

Room-by-room inventory

Record what you provide in each room and the condition it's in.

Pricing

Free for your first month. After that, £12 a month covers up to 5 properties, and each property after the fifth is £4 a month. Every feature is included from day one.
